Carey and I knew that we had a connection with Gloria when we laughed about the same jokes. It was just so easy to share our thoughts and dreams for our house that we loved, but knew needed some updating. We decided to remodel our kitchen, master bathroom, all of the flooring and our guest room. There are just so many ideas and products out there it was making our head spin. Especially since we wanted to be as green as our budget allowed. But Gloria totally heard us out, taking notes as we went from room to room. It made us feel even better when she pulled out her portfolio and we saw that she had her signature style, but each project was different where it fit each of her clients. It always made us afraid that we would be overruled by the designer’s own ideas. But when we met Gloria for our presentation, it was just…perfect. It was home! It was us! Now we have watched plenty of HGTV and one of my favorites is Divine Design. As Candice Olsen always said, “Good remodels take time.” Of course it took time and Gloria and the Envi support staff were fantastic on always keeping us in the loop. When we started to get anxious and wondering if we would ever be done, they were so patient and just amazing. In the end, it was so worth it. Every penny, every day, all the work, our house is AMAZING! Carey and I LOVE our house! I just stare at everything in wonder and awe that this is my home! Everything is tasteful, sophisticated and as green as possible. We feel like this could be a show house for street of dreams. We will use Envi by Design again in a heartbeat.
